Germany Visit under the EU Project

Under the Erasmus + Vocational Education Learning and Staff Mobility Program, Kayseri Hürriyet Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School prepared the Project "Robotic and Biomechanical Training Techniques and Tools / Robotics" numbered "2016-1-TR01-KA102-033510" where our Foundation participated as an associate.

"Eskisehir –Youth Employability Project" (YEP) is Completed

In 2013, as part of RHI's global social responsibility program to increase employability and develop the quality of technicians in line with the demands of the industry, Eskisehir was selected as one of the two cities in the world and TEGEV was appointed to lead the project with the grounds of this area, experience and experience.

Our TEGEV Scholarship students from our Member Technical and Vocational Schools, Bursa Tophane Tech. and Voc. Sch. (3 students) with one responsible teacher, 1 student from Fırat University Technology Faculty-Mechanical Engineering and 6 successful students and 1 responsible teacher from Haydarpaşa Tech. and Voc. Experts’ Visit to Austria is done under the YEP Project

As known, the “Youth Employability Project (YEP)”in Eskişehir is financed by RHI Group Company Magnesit A.Ş. (MAŞ) and Austrian Development Agency (ADA), leaded by TEGEV and applied by CbyT.

Our Company Based Training Work Group Continues Its Studies

In the 20th Anniversary of TEGEV, at the TEGEV Strategic Decisions Meetings held on the date of April,11 2015, it is unanimously decided to constitute the TEGEV Technical Vocational Trainin Research Center in order to constitute the framework plans, by scrutinizing them with the title of an institute, of the activities and the academic studies that will direct not only the future of TEGEV but also of Turkey. Within this scope, it was also decided to perform the semi-academic studies related with the Company Based Training.

Applied Technical University (ATU®)” Working Group had meetings with Turkish-German University (TAU)

Applied Technical University (ATU®)” Working Group, together with Turkish-German University (TAU) have conducted the “Applied Engineering Education with Industry Involvement” Workshop at TAU Beykoz Campus on October 5, 2015. During the workshop which was conducted in German, Rectors and Academicians from FH Bielefeld, Steinbeiss-HS Berlin, HS Esslingen ve TU Berlin, top management of TAU, as well as representatives from the Industry came together to introduce their programs to each other and hear about the industry needs. Second Year's Works are completed in the "Improving Youth Employability in Eskişehir" Project

Second year's Works are completed in the ““Improving youth Employability by improving the vocational formation at three public industrial high schools in Eskişehir, in the fields of industrial mechanics and electrics” Project which is being conducted in Eskişehir, chosen as one of the two cities globally to hold this project by RHI, as a part of their global social responsibility program which intends to improve employability and to help close the gap between technicians’ qualifications and the industry’s demand. 

Second year mid-term evaluation meetings of the “Improving youth Employability in Eski?ehir" program were conducted

Strategic Decisions Meeting that was held

The Strategic Decisions Meeting that was held to evaluate and draw a frame for the activities that could lead TEGEV in the future and also the Academic Works that could be done as an Institute under our Mission was held just before the TEGEV 22nd General Assembly on April 11, 2015, between 09:00-14:00 at  Festo San. ve Tic. A.Ş., Tuzla.  We heartfully thank Festo San. ve Tic. A.Ş. for their great hospitability and valuable support.

TEGEV's Statement on the 19th session of the National Education Council

Upon invitation by the Ministry of Education, our Foundation took part in the 19th session of the National Education Council held from 2/12/201 to 6/12/2014. Our application to the General Secretariat of the National Education Council was accepted and admitted to the “Working group of Curriculum and Weekly Class Schedules”. 

ATU® Forum and Workshops were held at Yıldız Technical University

After the visit of 3 HfSW Universities and examination of the joint studies within the university laboratories, by a total of 12 Rector, Dean and Faculty from our Partner Universities in Turkey; Abdullah Gül University, Düzce University, Gaziantep University, Sabancı University and Yıldız Technical University in May 2014, a pre-application for support from DAAD (Deutscher is Academisch Austausch Dienst / German Academic Exchange Service) was made and was accepted in August.

After the 2014 Technical and Cultural Tour of TEGEV Scholarship Students

Our TEGEV Scholarship students from our Member Technical and Vocational Schools, Denizli Atatürk Tech. and Voc. Sch. (2 students), Tekirdağ Çerkezköy Halit Narin Tech. and Voc. Sch. (1 student), İzmir Çiğli 75. Yıl Tech. and Voc. Sch. (1 student)  and Van Tech. and Voc. Sch. (2 students) have joined the İstanbul Technical and Cultural Visit with one responsible teacher from each school.

Our Leonardo da Vinci Project, EDUMEC is closed with sucess

TEGEV was one of the Associate Partners for the “E-Learning Education and Innovative Remote Laboratory for Mechatronics" EDUMEC Project Headed by the Marmara University Technical Sciences Vocational School of Higher Education (MUTBMYO). The “E-Learning Education and Innovative Remote Laboratory for Mechatronics-EDUMEC" Leonardo da Vinci Transfer of Innovation project was one of the two projects which were accepted by EU without changing it’s budget among 21 accepted projects of 125 applications.

The ATU® Germany Workshop is conducted on May 6-8, 2014

On May 6-8, 2014, a HfSW (Hochschulefederatsion Süd-West) Visit and Workshop was conducted in Germany with 12 Rectors, Deans and Academicians coming from our ATU® Turkish Stakeholders, Yıldız Technical University, Sabancı University, Düzce University, Gaziantep University, Abdullah Gül University.
